Contact Card

The pulseM Contact Card is an automatic text request that is sent to your customer after they schedule service, encouraging them to click and add your personalized business contact information directly to their phone! The Contact Card allows you to communicate with customers while no longer being anonymous. 
 
Push
The Push plan integrates directly with your scheduling software. When you schedule a job, pulseM receives a notification to dispatch the Contact Card to that customer. The customer will receive a text message with your company contact information so they can quickly save it to their phone. If you have purchased the Push plan, this feature has been turned on for you automatically.

Keyword
The Keyword plan gives you a custom keyword that your customers can text to the phone number: 70402 if in the United States or 70403 if in Canada. When the customer texts the keyword to 70402/ 70403, they will immediately receive a text message back with your Contact Card. They can then quickly save your company contact information to their phone. If you have purchased the Keyword plan, your keyword will be given to you by pulseM soon after you sign up. We will use the first available Keyword out of your 3 choices.

Q: How do I update my contact card information?
A: Please fill out this form with any new updates you would like to make and we will make the updates in 48 hours or less. 

Q: How do I change the wording in the text message?
A: Please contact the pulseM Support team and let them know you are looking to adjust this message. Please keep in mind that the text message is configurable up to 140 characters. 

Q: What phone number is chosen upon calling?
A: The phone number labeled as Main Phone Number is chosen by default when a homeowner makes a call.
 
Q: What phone number is chosen upon sending sms?
A: From our end, we label the text-able phone number as mobile. Most phones will actually be smart enough to choose this phone when a homeowner sends an sms. It is also labelled as “mobile” in most phones, in case a homeowner has to choose it manually.
