The Overview section displays overall review growth on your Google My Business and Facebook business pages. To view this data,  begin by logging in to your pulseM account and navigating to ( Analyze > Overview). 

The column chart displays your Google review growth within the last year by default, indicated by the red highlighted section in the image below. The numbers displayed on the left side of the chart reflect Total Review number. The numbers displayed on the right side of the chart reflect Overall Rating. 

You may view growth within the Last Year, as well as All Time data. Additionally, you may also choose to display Facebook review data. To access these options, please locate the three dot Menu towards the upper right of the chart.

Your Total Reviews are displayed next to the icons for Google and Facebook, followed by the number of reviews gained since joining pulseM. 

Your  Overall Rating is displayed next to the icons for Google and Facebook, followed by the rating gained since joining pulseM.
