What is Google Calendar
Google Calendar is a free tool Google offers anyone with a Gmail account to use. Even if a customer does not use a CRM or FSM for scheduling jobs they can use Google Calendar to schedule and assign jobs to techs.
How can we integrate with Google Calendar
pulseM can integrate with a customer who uses Google Calendar simply by connecting to their Google account to our Zapier Account. Here are your questions:
- Are you following a single/similar format for every event?
- What is that format? (Take a screenshot)
- Enforce that the format can’t differ or the integration will break
- Do they want any time delays for bio’s or pulseChecks?
How it works
- Event Start (Bio) = pulseM can send a bio to your customer before the actual event. The Bio can be customized to send out “x” amount of minutes before the event startsi.e 30-60 minutes.
- Event End (pulseCheck) = pulseM will send a pulseCheck when the calendar event ends. This can also be customized to send after the event ends i.e 30-60 minutes after the event ends or even the next day.

- Name of Customer
- Cell Phone Number and/or email address
- Address (Optional)
- Tech’s name
