How does the pulseM and ServiceTitan integration works?

Integrating pulseM and ServiceTitan fully automates the dispatching of Bios and pulseChecks!

A notification is automatically sent to pulseM, every time you "Dispatch a Technician" or mark a Job as "Complete" inside ServiceTitan. The notification that is sent contains customer and technician information, which allows pulseM to automatically send Bios and pulseChecks to your customers.
 
The Bio is automatically sent to your customer when the job is dispatched. This message contains a personalized profile of your employee that has been dispatched and notifies your customer that your employee is on the way to their home.
The pulseCheck is automatically sent to your customer when the job is completed and will ask for their feedback on the job and on the performance of the tech.
 
​The Appointment Confirmation Contact Card is an automatic text that is sent to your customers after they schedule a service. The automatic text contains the date and time that the job was scheduled and encourages your customer to click and add your personalized business contact information directly to their phone! That means no more missed calls because your customer will know it's you!
