As part of a recent update on 4/28, we've improved how we track review requests within PulseM. Previously, if a request was sent via both email and SMS to the same client, it was counted as two requests. Now, we count this as a single request, regardless of the number of channels used. As a result, you may notice lower totals in your dashboard or scheduled email reports moving forward.
This change ensures more accurate tracking and a simplified experience. There's no action needed on your part.
