To Delete a Campaign:
Generally speaking, we do recommend removing campaigns as needed for technicians that have left the company or who no longer serve that role, to make room for the new ones. Please be advised, deleting the campaign is more similar to deactivating it, and our tech team can restore it as needed upon request. The reviews the campaign had will no longer be attributed to a technician, and they are no longer visible through pulseM products. The review count and ratings they received, however, will remain in your overall company information.
Any external review left on Google or Facebook will always be visible there, even if you remove a campaign. Those reviews would not be impacted at all and any recent approved reviews that were in the web widget before a campaign was deactivated will remain visible. Eventually, as you get more reviews in over time, they will be replaced, but they will not vanish the moment the campaign is removed. The review and ratings also remain the same on the web widget as well.
Navigate to Settings > Dispatch > Campaigns
Select the garbage can icon**
**Deleting a campaign does not remove or affect any previous reviews, only prevents any future bios or pulseChecks from going out. Also, the reviews are reverted and attributed to the company's general campaign.
