All you need to do is send a confirmation email to ServiceTitan, and from there we will take care of the rest!
Now that your pulseM campaigns are configured correctly, please send an email to integrations@servicetitan.com CCing support@pulsem.me letting them know that you would like to start an integration. Alternatively, you can contact the support team at pulseM at support@pulsem.me letting them know you would like to start the integration. ServiceTitan will send pulseM your account's API Key and Tenant ID. With this information, pulseM will generate and send back a 'webhook'. ServiceTitan will use this 'webhook' to activate the integration. This process can take up to 24 business hours.
