How do I understand the pulseCheck Notification Email?

What is included in a pulseCheck notification email and what do with the information.

The pulseCheck notification email is sent immediately once a positive, neutral, or negative sentiment is selected inside the pulseCheck. The email notification will include a subject line that states the sentiment that was selected. The body of the email will include customer contact information and a URL that opens to show the captured internal review information.

Please note that only internal review information is shown when you open the URL in the email. If the customer does not perform the internal slider questions or text/voice feedback, then you will only see the sentiment that was selected. 

You may receive a pulseCheck notification with the subject line that differs from the sentiment that is shown when you open the URL. This is due to the customer selecting a sentiment and then changing it to a different selection. The information that you see when opening the URL is the most accurate information.

We recommend following up with any customer that leaves a neutral or negative review as soon as possible.
