On occasion, Google requires Google My Business accounts connected to pulseM to re-authenticate their connection in order to continue transmitting data. To start the re-authentication process, navigate to the Connect Social Media page within pulseM's settings and follow the prompts.
pulseM syncs with Google twice a day in order to pull reviews. As a result, their can be a delay between when a Google review is left on your Google My Business profile, and when it is displayed in pulseM.
