How do I activate the Job Notifications toggle so Bios and pulseChecks can be blocked?
To turn off the Bio and/or pulseCheck after you book the call, you can turn the "Job Notifications" switch off within the job in ServiceTitan. When the switch is grey, no notifications from pulseM will be sent.
Please do confirm that first the customer has the Job Notifications toggle switch visible. This switch is not a native feature for all accounts. If the switch is not available, the customer must reach out to ServiceTitan to have them add it prior to us activating it on our end.
Once you confirm they have the switch visible, please use the Internal Took Kit "(New) ServiceTitan".
Enter the pulseM ID and then toggle the switch for Activate Job Notifications Switch > save.
