# Give Credit

The **Social Reviews**  section displays reviews  from your Google My Business and Facebook business pages, enabling you to **Give Credit** to your technicians. To view the reviews, begin by logging in to your pulseM account and navigate to ( Analyze \> Review \> Social Reviews).

 Give Credit

Here, you may  **Give Credit** to your desired campaigns for Google and Facebook reviews that were submitted by your customers that did not engage with a pulseCheck. Attributing these reviews to a campaign enables your technicians to see the review while in the FieldOps App. This will not impact the technician's points. 

 

To begin, click  **Give Credit**, then choose the campaign.

If applicable, the **Paper Plane** icon symbolizes that a review was auto-attributed to a campaign based on customer name recognition. 

If applicable, the  **Megaphone** icon symbolizes that the review was auto attributed to a campaign based on campaign name recognition in the comment.

 Give Additional Credit

The **Give Additional Credit** button enables you to give credit to multiple campaigns for a review. While in the FieldOps App, all technicians that received the credit will be able to view the feedback. 

 

To begin, click  **Give Additional Credit**, then choose the campaign.
