      Connect Facebook Business Page

      In this article, you will find how to connect your Facebook business page to pulseM.

      This will enable pulseM to import the reviews submitted on Facebook into the pulseM platform, and route your customers to leave a review on your Facebook review page. To connect Facebook, begin by logging into your pulseM account and navigate to (Profile Icon > Settings > General > Connect Social Media).
       

      Step 1

      Locate the Facebook section of the Connect Business Profiles tile. Click Connect.
       

      Step 2

      Sign into Facebook using one of the personal Facebook accounts that have administrative privileges for your business page.

      Step 3

      Select all business pages you want to connect to pulseM. If you have multiple pulseM accounts, please select all business pages at this time.
       

      Step 4

      Grant pulseM the appropriate permissions.
       
       
      Make sure to hit Done once complete. 

      Step 5

      Select your business from the drop down menu and then select Save. Once complete, your Facebook review link will be generated.

       

      You have now connected your Facebook page to pulseM!
