# Connect Facebook Business Page

## In this article, you will find how to connect your Facebook business page to pulseM.

This will enable pulseM to import the reviews submitted on Facebook into the pulseM platform, and route your customers to leave a review on your Facebook review page. To connect Facebook, begin by logging into your pulseM account and navigate to (Profile Icon \> Settings \> General \> Connect Social Media).

 

#### Step 1

Locate the **Facebook** section of the **Connect Business Profiles** tile. Click **Connect**.

#### Step 2

Sign into Facebook using one of the personal Facebook accounts that have ***administrative*** privileges for your business page.

#### Step 3

Select ***all*** business pages you want to connect to pulseM. If you have multiple pulseM accounts, please select all business pages at this time.

#### Step 4

Grant pulseM the appropriate permissions.

Make sure to hit **Done** once complete. 

#### Step 5

Select your business from the drop down menu and then select **Save**. Once complete, your Facebook review link will be generated.

 

You have now connected your Facebook page to pulseM!
