Can I limit the number of pulseChecks that are sent to my customers?

What is a rate limiter and how can I configure it?

The rate limiter is what we use to limit the number of pulseChecks that a customer will receive within a specified window of time. By default, the rate limiter is set to 3 hours. This means that your customer cannot receive more than 1 pulseCheck within a 3 hour span from the time of the first dispatch.

We can customize the rate limiter to any time frame that you wish. Most other pulseM accounts that have configured the rate limiter have set the time frame up to 14 or 30 days.

Custom Rate limiter settings is useful for companies that do commercial, multi-day, or periodic jobs.

Please reach out to your pulseM account manager or support team to configure the rate limiter on your account.
